Hello, my ever so gorgeous Narcissists. It has been some time, hasn't it? You all have my sincerest apologies on that matter. I'll make it up to you all, eventually. I promise.
Now, let's get straight to business, shall we? I was nominated for the Liebster Blog Award, the 2014 edition by the ever so gorgeous and extremely talented Ana Ina from Lovely Little Luxuries. This was her way of saying "get your lazy ass to blog more often, you lazy little prick" and I appreciate it very much, thank you Ina, dear.

11 FACTS ABOUT ME
- In January 2013 I was in a short film directed by a good friend of mine. I had my hair shaven, and therefore it’s quite embarrassing. The film is great though.
- For a period of two or three months I lived in London and then returned back home to finish my degree in graphic and media technologies.
- When I was about four I threw a rock into a kid’s head because he was teasing me. He got stitches and I did not get punished in any way because I was a sneaky little prick.
- I’m afraid of heights and I always keep imagining what it would be like if I fell down. It’s scary as shit.
- I always shower until the hot water runs out. I have no idea what I would do if the hot water would never run out.
- I have two citizenships — Croatians and Slovenian.
- Currently I have 3 tattoos, and I plan on getting a few more.
- My top three fashion designers are Yohji Yamamoto, Ann Demeulemeester and Kris Van Assche. Honourable mention goes to Raf Simons and Hedi Slimane (for Saint Laurent).
- My favourite fragrance right now is L'Homme Yves Saint Laurent.
- Sometimes I like to pretend that I live in a film, which usually resorts in me being extremely disappointed when I get back to reality.
- Even though I'm a fire zodiac sign — Leo, I don't really like hot summers. In fact, I hate hot summers.
11 QUESTIONS
1. What is your favourite beauty product of all?
Being completely obsessed with my hair as I naturally am, I would have to say my Swiss O-Parr Coconut Wax, although it is a recent purchase.
2. Why did you decide to start blogging?
Blogging has been on my mind for quite a while, ever since I developed my tumblr and realised that I needed something more. And then the lovely Ina came along and with a push or two from her side the words turned into actions.
3. If you had three wishes, what would they be?
This is more difficult than it seems. But here goes nothing: become successful in my career of choice, for my closest friends of choosing to have three wishes as well, and I don't know — simply to be happy, I guess.
4. Do you have a quote you live by? What is it?
For a very long time the quote I lived by used to be "All the world's a stage" by Shakespeare but a while ago I realised that acting in every day life is not what this is all about, so now it would have to be: "Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!" by Audrey Hepburn.
5. Your biggest achievement so far?
It's not really great but for me it is, and it is the fact that I gathered enough courage to move away from my parents and to a different country. It might have failed and I did come back, although I'm mostly living alone in the city where I study now but for me it's important to know that I can move away on my own and that I'm not depending too much on my parents.
6. How would you describe yourself?
Narcissistic, sometimes too selfish but on the other hand very loyal to my few closest friends and family, a massive procrastinator yet very determined to achieve my goals, not exactly a people's person but not really a loner either. I guess I'm a weird mixture of things that usually don't go hand in hand. One word to describe me would be: weird!
7. Tell me something weird about yourself?
I have a really weird sleeping position. I need two pillows AT LEAST and one has to be slightly above my legs and near my abdominal area yet it still has to be touching my legs and close enough for me to rest my arm on it. But I still wake up in a completely different position because the bed world is mine.
8. What would be your dream job?
I never really know how to answer this one because I have so many different interests right now and I'm not really sure if I figured out which one interests me the most yet. Mostly I would just love to be involved in the fashion world, either as a photographer or as a fashion writer/editor.
9. What are you passionate about and why?
I love the theme going on here, to be honest. I'm passionate about a lot of things, the most important ones being writing, fashion and photography, honourable mention to acting which I don't spend enough time on lately. I'm passionate about writing because it's a form of escapism for me, it allows me to create my own worlds and my own rules, as a matter of fact it gives me a great feeling of empowerment. Fashion on the other hand is just something that I enjoy watching, I enjoy thinking about the fabrics used on clothes, the visions behind the designs, I love to see how the clothes form together this illusion, how every collection contains a story (or it should, at least), and most of all, I have an interest about fashion because clothes are essential and I just like to look good in them. And photography is that essential tool that you need to capture perfect memories, to see the world in a different perspective once you analyse the photograph, and it gives me an amazing feeling.
10. Who / what inspires you?
A lot of people, to be honest. But most of all my mother inspires me to become a strong character, my friends inspire me daily to simply be the best that I can be and to never give up, people who give me positive comments inspire me to continue because I'm doing good, and people with negative comments inspire me to continue because I'm doing good enough to make them hate me for it. I find inspiration in a lot of things, I suppose.
11. Where do you see yourself in five years?
Hopefully in Brighton, in a comfy studio apartment with a steady job, and friends and family (okay, and maybe a special someone too but I won't get my hopes up) to share it all with.
